Abstract
Risk has implications / effects that will only give rise to the potentiality of losses to a project and it is classified into external risks and internal risks. The methods of identifying risks are by way of checklist, flow chart, and interviews. Project risks management exist in every activity within the flow chart of a project beginning from project implementation planning right up to the handing over and maintenance of the project. An official involved in project management must identify all project management risks for the purpose of implementing mitigating measures. The objective of this paper is to provide guidelines to project teams to identify the type of risks and the methods of mitigation for every activity involved in the flow chart of a project.
